Thursday, July 09, 2009 FeministazThe Korean music scenes are so heavily influenced in R&B and Hip-hop. The Japan music are heavily influenced in ALL sorts. Rock, Pop, R&B, Visual-Kei, Electronic, Hip-hop, etc. This is why I'm more into J-pop then K-pop. I'll keep hearing from 10,000 artistes the same thing over and over again in years from K-pop then I get bored of them easily. J-pop, you'll hear 10,000 artistes with different sounds. ![]() Above pictures as followed, Ayaka > Yuna Ito > Namie Amuro > Nana Kishino > Kumi Koda. Lately, I'm yearning for female J-pop R&B/Pop. I have Ayaka, Yuna Ito, May J, May's, Namie Amuro, Kumi Koda but it's not enough. And so I discovered Miliyah Kato. I first heard her in Death Note Tribute Album. Love her to bits. BRIGHT, when they 1st came out, I fell in love with them. I haven't heard any girl-group like them since Speed and MAX from back then. Discovered they're under Avex Trax, Tohoshinki's fellow labelmates. Tohoshinki has even expressed their likes for the girls and would love to collaborate with them. I'd really like that too. But look forward to Tohoshinki and girl-group, DRM (before was known as DREAM), also their Avex labelmate, in their upcoming single. Dream will be releasing their upcoming single upon celebrating their 9th anniversary. Haven't heard them for quite a while too. BRIGHT ![]() DRM ![]() Then now there's Kana Nishino and Sonomi Tameoka. Kana Nishino has a voice like Yui but the only difference it, Kana Nishino sings R&B and she's like cute. Her voice that is. Sonomi Tameoka is just soulful. I tried listening to Sowelu, but her songs are kinda boring. Sigh. There's a new girl too, Jasmine. She is said to be the next Hikaru Utada. Love her sound and am looking forward to more of her. Of course, I'll never forget my love for AYUMI HAMASAKI. Listening to J-pops, J-rocks.... so refreshing. Now, I'm not being bias here, saying that J-pops are better than K-pops. I listen to music equally and I still love English songs. If you love music, you'll appreciate any and not just go for, "I love TOHOSHINKI THAN ARASHI". Got what I mean? icon by community.livejournal.com/windfallicons/1528.html#cutid1 // 0445hrs @ Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei ![]() Labels: Ayaka, ayumi hamasaki, BRIGHT, Dream, DRM, j-pop, k-pop, kana nishino, kumi koda, namie amuro, pop, RnB, yuna ito sad day in a sunlight Thursday, January 01, 2009 Current Music : AnimeNfo RadioI didn't watch Tohoshinki's performance of Doushite Suki ni Natte Shimattan Darou on TBS's 50th Japan Record Award. Performing and achieving the award right after flying back from (giving their skin) Korea and a day before 59th NHK Red & White Song Festival, they were looking tired but doing the very best. Jaejoong sure looks like an angel. eHekz! they were introduced together with Kumi Koda and performs right after her. Tohoshinki and Kumi Koda sure look like angels. ... Last Angels. Hurhur!! i love their collaboration on that song, for sure! icon by http://community.livejournal.com/lecheflantastic/7483.html Note: Doushite Suki ni Natte Shimattan Darou = Why Did I Fall IN Love With You Everytime they performed Doushite Suki ni Natte Shimattan Darou, they don't sound as good as in the recording and I thought, the performance on Red & White was the best but after watching them performing it on 50th Japan Record Award, it was absolutely. The best one of all the other promotional performances. Jaejoong started out good, Yunho sounded good, Jaejoong hit out his notes good and Yoochun sounded really good as well. Junsu sounded good, of course and you guys watch it! You can really have a clear view (for the first time ever!), his eyebags! all clearly! They were tired of course but giving out a really good performance for that really difficult song, thumbs up and salute to the Tohoshinki boys! I hope they get their break before they start on promoting Bolero and Subaru. but then again, I can't wait to see them again on Hey! Hey! Hey! and ehekz! Keita, W-inds lead vocalist is taller than Changmin~ah~ oh yes! earlier before the nhk red & white song fest, me and ushi were trying ways and sites to watch it stream online but all were failed. ushi turned oh Oh! sama tv channel 1 and watching the cool videos, even Mamo-kun came out!!! i was happy tt ushi was there with me laughing along! few times we tried, the same 2 preview videos which one of them was Mamo's ...Kimi e, keep showing and we thought, it might be just showing everytime when it's buffering the channel. We tried channel 2 and still when we tried on NHK channels, all were offline. Later one, i went into a forum and read that, NHK tv channels are not stream online but only their radio stations do. Sigh. // 0345hrs @ Ryo Nishikido ![]() Labels: 50th japan record award, doushite suki ni natte shimattan darou, kumi koda, tohoshinki, w-inds, why did i end up falling in love with you sad day in a sunlight |
